Luxury Vinyl Plank
LVP is shorthand for Luxury Vinyl Plank. LVP covers all vinyl designed in planks, giving the look of wood floors with all the features and benefits of vinyl. Most are waterproof, scratch proof, and pet proof. This makes it perfect for most living spaces such as kitchens, dining rooms and bedrooms. Depending on your price range you can choose between different core interiors resulting in a more sturdy, nearly indestructible product. Most LVP with a click system come pre-attached with a moisture barrier so no extra product needs to be used on your subfloor.
Vinyl
Sheet vinyl flooring is vinyl flooring that comes in large, continuous, flexible sheets. A vinyl sheet floor is completely impermeable to water, it’s very malleable and can last a very long time if treated with care. Although it does amazing against moisture, things such as moving furniture, or big impacts can cause the vinyl to tear and expose the subfloor.
Carpet
A carpet is a textile floor covering typically consisting of an upper layer of pile attached to a backing.
